Boilermakers Local 105 hosts an annual charity golf scramble. Proceeds of the golf scramble are donated to SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. SOMC Hospice provides a great service to Southern Ohio and the Tri-State area, and Local 105 is proud to be able to help an organization that impacts so many families.
Our golf outing is a great time and includes coffee and donuts for breakfast, the Scioto Ribber for lunch, a 50/50 drawing, and dozens of door prizes that are given away at the conclusion of play. We also have prizes for the longest drive, longest putt, and closest to the pin. Each team consists of 4 players and will play best ball scramble golf.
Local 105 appreciates all those who have played in our outing over the years. We also greatly appreciate the people, businesses, contractors, and other locals that have donated to our golf outing in the past. 105 accepts monetary donations, as well as items to be given away at the outing. A donation of $100 or more will get your name or company name on a banner that is placed on the first hole. It is good advertisement and helps support SOMC Hospice.
The 2026 outing will be at the Elks Country Club on June 20th.
It will be a 9:00am shotgun start.
Entry fee is $280.00/Team
